Farmers are Wisconsin's original entrepreneurs and we are proud to serve the product of their efforts in our restaurant. At The Source Public House, we wanted to flip the script on how a restaurant sources its food. Instead of finding vendors that can fill a predefined menu, we instead go to local farmers to see what they have to offer and then develop a menu around those items.
This allows us to get the highest quality ingredients and then accent their best flavors, to get the best possible dishes, and update our menu as the harvests allow. Our many, great local farmers, ranchers, and fisherman work hard day in and day out to produce the highest quality fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish, without the aid of pesticides or added hormones. It’s our duty at The Source Public House, to ensure that effort shines through by creating dishes that show off the vivid, true flavors of these ingredients.
When these excellent foods, are paired with a bottle of wine or one of our fourteen local, Wisconsin-brewed micro-beers on tap, the combination is a truly unique and unmatched dining experience.
